This page sets out what Pozar AI does, what we expect from you, and what we both agree to. Using the site means you've read and agreed to this.

What Pozar AI is

Pozar AI is a remote design studio powered by AI plus human directors. You talk to our AI consultant about your business, get a real plan and an honest price, and we build you a custom website, typically within 7 days.

What you agree to

You give Pozar AI accurate information about you and your business.
You own (or have the right to use) any images, text, logos, or other content you upload.
You won't use Pozar AI to build anything illegal, hateful, deceptive, or that exploits people.
You're at least 18 years old, or have your guardian's permission.

What we agree to

We will design and build your website in good faith, with human direction and AI tooling.
We will honour the price quoted to you in your Blueprint, we won't bill more without your written agreement.
Your designs and final website are yours. We retain the right to show non-confidential parts in our portfolio unless you opt out.
We will not share your business details with advertisers or sell your data.

Pricing and payment

Quotes shown in your Blueprint are honest, exact, and non-binding until you pay. A small deposit unlocks your Canvas; the deposit is fully credited to your final build cost. Access codes (like POZAR-LAUNCH) waive this deposit and, where stated, the build cost too.

Delivery

Standard delivery is 5–7 working days from the moment you approve your plan. Bigger or complex projects may run longer, we'll tell you upfront. Time is best-effort, not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Your business name, logo, copy and brand assets remain yours. Final design files for your project transfer to you on full payment. Our underlying AI, code patterns, and platform stay ours.

Limitations

We do our best, but software and AI sometimes break. Pozar AI is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows, we don't promise the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited for any particular purpose. Our liability is limited to amounts you've paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending things

Either side can stop the engagement at any time. We'll refund the unbilled portion as described in our refund policy. Built assets up to that point remain yours; outstanding work stops.

Disputes

Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith conversation. If that fails, the courts of the studio's registered jurisdiction have authority.
