Short version: we don't want your money if you're not happy. Here is exactly how refunds work.
If you paid a deposit to unlock Canvas and decide before the consultation finishes that you don't want to continue, email hi@pozarai.com within 7 days, we will refund the full deposit to the same payment method.
If you've already used Canvas (the AI consultant produced a plan and your exact price), the deposit is treated as paid for the consultation itself and is non-refundable, but it is fully credited to your build cost if you go ahead.
If you've paid the full build cost and then change your mind:
If you used an access code (POZAR-LAUNCH or similar) and paid nothing, there is nothing to refund, but the same fix-it-if-broken commitment applies.
Email hi@pozarai.com from the email on your account. Tell us briefly what's wrong. We aim to respond within 2 working days and refund within 7 working days of agreeing.
If you think you've been charged in error, please email us before opening a chargeback, almost everything can be sorted directly.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days.
