How we handle your data.

Pozar AI is a small studio. We try to collect as little as possible and to be honest about what we do hold.

What we collect

Your email and (optionally) phone, to save your chat across devices and email you your quote.
What you tell Pozar AI in chat, the messages you send and the brief that emerges from them, so we can build your website.
Your business details, name, audience, what you sell. Things you'd put on the site itself.
Payment information, handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card.
Basic device info, browser type and approximate region for security and analytics. No tracking pixels, no ad networks.

How we use it

To run your consultation, generate your designs, build your website, send you your quote and project updates, and improve Pozar AI itself. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it lives

Your chat history and brief are stored in Google Firestore. Uploaded files (your photos, logo, etc.) live in Google Cloud Storage. Email is delivered via Resend.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an active project with us, or as long as needed to run the platform. You can ask us to delete everything at any time, email hi@pozarai.com and we'll do it within 14 days.

Children

Pozar AI is for adults running businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Cookies

We use the bare minimum browser storage (localStorage) to keep you signed in across pages on this site. No third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, correct anything that's wrong, or have it deleted. Email hi@pozarai.com.
